The Program

6th grade students from Dublin City Schools, Columbus City Schools, Gahanna Lincoln Schools, Groveport Madison Schools, Hilliard City Schools & Metro Early College Schools meet 6 times per school year on the Ohio State University campus. While together, students get to know youth from other schools, have fun, learn about leadership, and serve Central Ohio.

The Meetings

Each meeting includes lunch, a fun activity related to the featured leadership skill, and reflection about how the featured skill can be implemented in their school lives. Youth are grouped with no more than two students from their home school and heterogeneous groups remain together for the entire school year.
